Filter Operation Instruction

The filter is designed to resist against high water pressure, meanwhile to prevent the susceptible c or the component loss and the continuous accumt of residue remainder due to the persistent high p proper water pressure set(10kg/㎤).
The installation condition recommendable for effective filte is as follws:

- Install the gate valve at the inlet to intercept inflow water
- Install a valve separately for inverse cleansing to let the wa flow in an inverse direction
- Install the outlet on the top of a filter and make sure it be parallel to the inlet
- Install the air valve on the top of outlet
- Install the water pressure gauge to check filtering state
- Let the inverse cleansing water flow out to drainage water
- Connect the inlet and the outlet side using coated steel pipe be secure and effective
- For the installation of more than 2 filters, obtain sufficient s to facilitate the operation.

Disassembling
1. Verify if there is any water pressure
2. In case that the drain valve is connected to the lower end, it to drain water
3. Open the cramp
4. Pull the filter-functional part
5. Open the disk fix cap
6. Now cleansing operation is possible
7. If the acid treatment needed, open the screw-bolt of disk??? nut and separate the disk
   from the support

Assembling
1. Assemble the filter-functional part
2. Assemble the filter-functional part on the body
3. Screw the disk fix screw cap in the clockwise direction are the disk
4. Fix the filter cover to the body
5. Fix with the cramp
