Disk type Filtering
The space between outer and  inner diameter is divided into hundreds of grooves.
Its number depending on Mesh's size, the more inner part, smaller the groove's in every side are posed at the same angle.
So that they cross each other when overlap.
This gauze overlap, with a shape of expanded three dimensional filter area, enables Joypur Filter to perform th effective filtering work by various degrees.

Filtering Principle of Various Steps
First, the particles bigger than the groove's size get filtered at the exterior face. Second, smaller ones get filterde through the gauze shape of groove. The smallest ones get finally caught at the grooves of inner diameter. Every different sizes of particles are perfectly filtered, as the groove size is diversified getting into more inner part. The number of overlapping cross shape is unimaginable, thus it could filter an amazing volume.

Water Pressure Port
It is easy to check filter state and to control the water outflow volume by the port at the inflow/outflow hole, where the water pressure gauge is to be equipped.

Convenient Cleansing Operation
You would check regularly the drain valve in the lower end. For the cleansing, you may open this part and remove the residue substance. When observing a distinguishable difference of water pressure gauge installed at inlet and outlet as well, execute auto/manual inverse cleansing using water pressure.
If any change in water pressure is not obserbed, you may disassemble filter-functional part from the body and clean it under running water while disassembling ring-screw nut.
For the accumulated organic element, you may separate the ring and clean it with HCL of low consistency.

Drain Valve Installation Hole
As the drain valve is installed at the lower end of the equipment, it is easy to remove the residue remainder at any time necessary in order to improve the filter effedtiveness and the outflow volume of water.
